Job summary

LivaNova PLC, a global medtech leader, seeks a senior HR leader to drive strategic workforce planning, skills-based approaches, and internal mobility across the organization. You will develop AI-enabled work redesign and translate business strategy into capabilities and critical roles.

Lead the implementation of analytics tools, advise leaders on workforce implications of AI and automation, and partner across HR, Strategy, Finance and IT to embed workforce planning into planning rhythms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in HR, OD, or HR strategy roles.
• Experience in medtech or regulated environments preferred.
• Strong skills-based workforce planning and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic workforce planning capabilities aligned to business priorities.
• Develop scenarios for growth, automation, and capability shifts.
• Advise leaders on workforce implications of AI, automation, and org change.
• Drive internal mobility and deployment across roles and functions.
• Partner with HR, Strategy, Finance, IT to embed planning into governance rhythms.
• Build tools and processes to translate strategy into capabilities and roles.
