Job summary

LivaNova is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Data Science and Advanced Analytics team, directing day-to-day delivery of high-impact analytics across business units and enterprise stakeholders. The role blends hands-on technical depth with people leadership to drive scalable analytics and self-service adoption.

You will translate business questions into analytical products, coach a team of data scientists, and partner with executives to shape a prioritized portfolio of work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years applying data science and analytics to real business problems.
• 3+ years in people leadership and delivery coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop data scientists and analysts; set quality and growth expectations.
• Own day-to-day portfolio management across stakeholders and initiatives.
• Identify high-value opportunities for advanced analytics and AI-enabled decision support.
• Translate business questions into well-scoped analytical products with adoption plans.
• Provide final review for model selection, validation, and interpretation.
