This role emphasizes visionary workforce planning, talent mobility, and data-driven decision making in a regulated healthcare environment, with cross-functional leadership across global teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in HR leadership roles (HRBP, Talent leader, OD, HR Strategy)
• Experience in medtech, pharma, or regulated healthcare environments preferred
• Expertise in organizational design and operating models
• Experience with talent planning processes, workforce and succession planning
• Strategic workforce planning and scenario planning experience
• AI, automation, or digital work design experience
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional work in complex, matrixed organizations

Responsibilities

• Build and scale a strategic workforce planning capability model aligned to business priorities
• Enable adoption of skills-based planning and workforce practices
• Lead the implementation of a workforce planning analytics tool
• Advise leaders on workforce implications of AI, automation, growth, and organizational change
• Improve internal mobility and workforce deployment across roles and priorities
• Support integration of workforce planning into business planning and governance rhythms
• Partner with HR, Strategy, Finance, IT, and business teams to drive adoption and execution
• Deliver outcomes through defined scope and cross-functional collaboration
