LivaNova PLC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of high-impact data science and advanced analytics across business units and enterprise stakeholders. You will guide a team of applied data scientists and analysts, shaping a prioritized portfolio of work and translating questions into analytics products.

You will partner with leaders to drive adoption, maintain technical depth, and deliver measurable business value through self-service analytics and governed solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years applying data science to real-world problems with adoption.
• 3+ years in people leadership overseeing technical teams.
• Expertise in Python or R and SQL; cloud analytics experience; version control.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop data scientists and analysts; set quality and growth expectations.
• Manage portfolio across commercial and enterprise stakeholders.
• Identify high-value opportunities for analytics and AI-enabled decisions.
• Translate business questions into scoped analytical products.
