Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or Supply Chain required.
• Minimum of 10 years in workforce planning, HR strategy, or related fields; large-scale transformation experience preferred.
• MBA or advanced degree in workforce planning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design multi-year, global workforce strategies aligned with transformation priorities.
• Forecast talent needs using predictive modeling and market intelligence.
• Develop scenario-based models to anticipate risks and ensure business continuity.
