Responsibilities

• Strategic planning, workforce shaping, data gathering, and quality meetings; update instructional methods.
• Update training records, collect feedback, and support evaluation processes.
• Use systems such as Waypoints, N ERP, e DACM, DISS, and E Verify for data entry.
• Support Academic Programs by processing invoices and interfacing with students and universities.
• Analyze organizational needs, conduct market research, coordinate with vendors, and report trends.
• Coordinate program reviews, maintain SharePoint Online sites, track metrics, and events.
• Provide onboarding materials, registration workflows, and audiovisual support.
• Design, develop, and update curricula; support OnDemand/online course development; ensure Section 508.
• Coach CDU facilitators and CSC coaches, including executive coaching for leaders.
• Review regulations and policies under Title 5; coordinate with HR functions on complex issues.
