The successful candidate will work closely with leadership and stakeholders to evaluate workforce trends, identify capability gaps, and develop strategic workforce planning recommendations that support organizational objectives and future operational needs.

This position requires that you obtain a background investigation. As part of this process, the government will perform a criminal, credit, tax, employment, and drug history background check.
