Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years working in education or program management.
• Grant management experience preferred.
• Candidates with information technology, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, software development, cloud computing, networking or related areas are strongly preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages program activities and schedules to meet the vision and goals of the program.
• Research, develop, and add new courses to grow IT/cybersecurity workforce offerings.
• Collaborate with college departments to ensure program success and expansion.
• Coordinate courses and develop partnerships to meet program goals with external partners.
• Maintain relationships with partners and community groups to facilitate program development.
• Expand enrollment, revenue, and FTE through contracts and grants.
• Develop the program budget and monitor costs against the budget.
• Conduct student orientation, intake and progress monitoring toward plan goals.
• Collect and analyze data to deliver statistics for presentations and decisions.
• Supervise program staff and perform other duties as assigned.
