Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Workforce Services professional to support engagement, retention, and recruitment initiatives across North America Projects. The role collaborates with Workforce Services and Communications to enhance the Craft Professional employee experience and strengthen recruitment efforts.

The position requires 1–2 years University Hire or 5–6 years relevant experience, English fluency, and construction industry awareness.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Accurate, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support development, implementation, and continuous improvement of engagement and retention strategies across the company's North America projects.
• Partner with project Workforce Services and Communications teams to identify opportunities to enhance the Craft Professional employee experience.
• Support employee feedback initiatives, workforce surveys, focus groups, and other methods used to gather workforce insights.
• Monitor workforce trends and provide recommendations to improve employee engagement, morale, and retention outcomes.
• Promote initiatives fostering a positive, inclusive, and productive site culture.
• Support and drive development and execution of recruitment advertising campaigns to position the company as the employer of choice.
• Collaborate with Project and functional teams to monitor market trends, identifying opportunities to strengthen recruitment strategies.
• Promote career opportunities and the benefits of a career in construction through support and participation in recruitment events, hiring fairs, and other workforce outreach activities.
• Develop reports, presentations, and analyses related to workforce trends, strategy, program outcomes, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support the implementation of the company's Craft Professional Attract, Train, and Retain strategy, including tracking and reporting on program metrics.
