Job summary
Think Consulting's Hopkinsville plant seeks a Workforce Development Business Partner to translate production plans into a comprehensive hourly workforce strategy, building skills coverage and training compliance to support labor efficiency and cost control.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience with workforce planning or analytics.
- Experience in manufacturing and with hourly workforce preferred.
- HR certification or People Analytics certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end workforce planning and budget inputs.
- Own workforce analytics and reporting to leadership.
- Govern hourly training compliance and skills-matrix management.
- Partner with Labor Affairs to ensure compliance with labor agreements.
- Identify staffing gaps and optimize staffing levers.
