Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum ten years of experience in workforce planning or related field.
• Experience with Workday/UKG ecosystems and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex scenario modeling across major functions.
