• Develop workforce planning recommendations aligned with strategic organizational goals.
• Support human capital planning and organizational development initiatives.
• Collaborate with change management and training stakeholders to advance workforce transformation efforts.
• Prepare executive-level reports, recommendations, and workforce planning deliverables for leadership decision‑making.
