Description

The Workforce & Talent Management Lead serves as a senior workforce planning specialist responsible for conducting workforce analysis, forecasting workforce requirements, and performing organizational needs assessments. The successful candidate will work closely with leadership and stakeholders to evaluate workforce trends, identify capability gaps, and develop strategic workforce planning recommendations that support organizational objectives and future operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

Background Investigation
