Job summary

Hadrian is building autonomous factories to reindustrialize America and is expanding a Workforce Planning Manager role.

You will own end-to-end headcount planning, align with Engineering, Finance, and Recruiting, and drive adoption of a structured planning process across the organization. The role emphasizes change management, data accuracy, and executive communication to support strategic growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience spanning management consulting or a similar structured problem-solving environment, plus time in-house where you owned a program and lived with the results.
• Exceptional stakeholder management with senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Strong project management fundamentals: plan-driven, schedules, dependencies across functions.
• Real change management experience implementing new processes and driving adoption.
• Comfort with planning data and financial mechanics; ability to reconcile to budget.
• Executive-grade communication: concise, persuasive one-pagers and exec meetings.
• High adaptability; skilled at bringing structure to ambiguity and shifting scope.

Responsibilities

• Own the headcount planning program end to end and consolidate plans from multiple directions.
• Turn program demand into role-level headcount needs with Engineering and Program leadership.
• Cost the plan with Finance and produce a forecast that all teams reference.
• Deliver requisitions to Recruiting Operations with structured data for reporting.
• Manage monthly cadence with People Partners and Recruiting Leads and reconcile tagging.
• Coordinate with Workplace Services to align headcount plans with capacity.
• Lead change management by building cadence, intake, artifacts, and communications.
• Provide leadership visibility; track plan status, flag risks, and support executive decisions.
