The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years of experience, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to adapt in a high-growth environment. This position is vital in supporting Hadrian’s expansion and contribution to American manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in management consulting or a structured problem-solving environment.
• Experience in managing programs and achieving results.
• Ability to manage dependencies across functions effectively.
• Experience with planning data and financial mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Own the headcount planning program and manage planning cycles.
• Partner with leadership to translate demand signals into headcount needs.
• Work with Finance to reconcile headcounts against budget.
• Ensure that approved roles are effectively handed to Recruiting Operations.
