Job summary
Hadrian is building autonomous factories to reindustrialize America, combining AI, software, robotics, and full-stack manufacturing to enhance aerospace and defense production. The role leads Technical Data Intelligence teams focused on engineering data legibility for automation and manufacturing planning.
You will hire, grow, and guide a world-class team while staying close to technical work, shaping architecture, modeling decisions, and data strategies to deliver impact across factory
Qualifications
- Requires 2-5+ years of engineering management experience leading ML teams in production.
- Strong judgment on organizational design and headcount allocation.
- Experience shipping models to production and maintaining endpoint/model health.
Responsibilities
- Own the people leadership of engineers: hiring, onboarding, mentorship, career growth, performance.
- Stay technically hands-on as a player-coach: participate in design reviews and contribute when needed.
- Set technical direction and investment headcount with engineers and leads.
- Build and maintain annotation tooling, active learning loops, and synthetic data augmentation strategies.
- Ensure engineers are engaged, growing, and set up to do their best work.
