Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Workforce Planning Program Manager to lead governance, analytics, and system-enabled practices across Field and Store Support Center populations in Irving, TX. The role drives alignment between approved workforce plans, Workday data, and Adaptive Planning to enable data-driven decisions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, strong Excel skills, and a track record of cross-functional collaboration with HRIS, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Certifications in Workday/Adaptive a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, pivot tables, data validation, and dashboards.
• Experience with Workday reporting, position management, and organizational structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, governance, and optimization of workforce planning processes and reporting.
• Evaluate position requests and organizational changes for alignment with workforce plans.
• Develop and maintain Workday positions and organizational structures.
• Expand Adaptive Planning usage for workforce planning and scenario analysis.
• Translate workforce data into actionable summaries for HR and leadership.
