Job summary

New York Life Insurance Co is seeking a Workforce Planning & Operations Associate to support TDAV workforce planning, analytics, and cross-functional execution. You’ll partner with leaders to translate technology priorities into actionable workforce plans and develop insights from data to guide decisions.

The role offers exposure to a large tech-enabled organization, with emphasis on data, operations, and strategic workforce initiatives across enterprise functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Technology, Analytics, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business operations, workforce planning, workforce analytics, or related analytical roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Support headcount planning and workforce demand for TDAV teams.
• Develop workforce analytics, reports, and insights from headcount and hiring data.
• Coordinate operational processes, planning cadences, and stakeholder communications.
• Translate business priorities and roadmaps into workforce requirements and plans.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, data quality, and tooling.
• Create executive-ready presentations and reporting for leadership.
• Collaborate across Finance, HR, Talent Acquisition, and other teams.
