Job summary

FM is seeking an HR Workforce Planning Specialist to partner with HRBPs and business leaders globally, translating strategy into actionable workforce insights, and analyzing demand, supply, location, and skills to inform planning discussions.

This role ensures workforce plans are viable by aligning headcount with budget, capacity, and technology, collaborating with HR, Finance, Real Estate/Facilities, and IT. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in workforce planning, HR analytics, or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
• Master's degree or coursework in workforce planning, analytics, or business strategy is a plus.
• Workforce planning certification is a plus.
• Experience with demand and supply analysis and global workforce environments preferred.
• Experience with Workday and workforce planning software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HRBPs and business stakeholders to perform workforce demand and supply analysis by role, location, and specialty.
• Coordinate workforce plans with office space, labor budget, and technology enablement with Finance, Real Estate/Facilities, and IT.
• Conduct workforce location planning and assess operational impacts of changes such as growth, reductions, capacity, and location shifts.
• Contribute to a comprehensive workforce planning roadmap and governance processes.
• Execute workforce planning activities across enterprise planning cycles and deliver related materials.
• Analyze long‑term workforce risks and opportunities and translate findings into actions.
• Drive gap‑closing actions with hiring, redeployment, reskilling, and role redesign.
• Produce workforce planning outputs like dashboards, summaries, and planning scenarios.
