Job summary

Amer Sports seeks a Manager, Workforce Planning & Controlling to lead end-to-end planning cycles and analytics of workforce resources and personnel costs. The role sits at the intersection of HR, Finance, and business leadership, partnering across Brands, Regions, and Group Functions.

You will drive planning processes, build standardized templates, and ensure data governance and accurate reporting for leadership and finance stakeholders globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end workforce planning cadence, including long-range planning, annual budgeting, and quarterly forecasting.
• Design and maintain standardized planning templates, reporting packs, and tools for HR and Finance planners globally.
• Own global workforce statistics reporting and perform variance analyses between plans and actuals.
