Job summary

GAF is seeking a Sr Workforce Planning and HR Analytics Analyst to support Workday Adaptive Planning and One Model HR analytics. You will shape data strategy, design standards, and reporting capabilities while partnering with HR stakeholders to translate needs into solutions.

This role requires experience with complex datasets, data modeling, governance, and BI tools. You will collaborate across HR, Finance, IT, and operations to ensure secure, scalable reporting and analytics.

Qualifications

• Experience with complex datasets across multiple systems.
• Understanding of data modeling, data relationships, data quality and governance.
• Experience with BI and data visualization tools, especially One Model and Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Ability to translate business/reporting requirements into data solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across HR, Finance, Operations, IT.
• Awareness of HR/payroll data privacy and security.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain workforce data structures and analytics dashboards.
• Transform data from HR systems into reliable, analytics-ready datasets.
• Build scalable data/automation solutions using One Model, Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis.
• Support data governance, privacy, and access controls.
