Job summary

Partner4Work seeks a Program Specialist in Workforce Services to oversee contract execution, manage provider relations, and coordinate payroll support for youth programs. The role requires strong project management, policy understanding, and collaboration across teams.

The position emphasizes data integrity, KPI tracking, and timely remediation of discrepancies, with a hybrid work model and comprehensive benefits. A bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years’ related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or extensive knowledge in a related field.
• 2–4 years of related experience and at least 2 years of project management or policy work experience preferred.
• Experience with administering WIOA/TANF funds or other government funded programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures provider staff are operating in accordance with P4W contracts.
• Liaises between providers and Partner4Work including reviewing invoices and reports.
• Monitors progress on contracts to ensure milestones and outcomes are met.
• Tracks KPIs and identifies areas needing improvement.
• Provides technical assistance to providers to strengthen programs.
