Layton Construction seeks a Strategic Partnerships, Workforce & Community Impact Manager to guide community engagement through the SPW&CI committee, coordinating with Safety, HR, Operations, and Marketing. The role develops programs to meet clients’ social and economic goals and strengthens relationships with clients, communities, and trade partners.

The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, capable of collaborating across internal teams and external partners to drive workforce development,

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, marketing, PR, construction management, HR, procurement, or related field.
• Has 5+ combined years of experience in community engagement, philanthropy, public affairs, economic development, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the internal SPW&CI committee and champion The Layton Way for outcomes.
• Develop and implement market-specific construction community engagement programs.
• Monitor metrics and report on program progress and impact.
• Collaborate with schools, nonprofits, and trade partners to create talent pathways.
