Job summary

FutureFit in the United States is seeking a strategic, highly consultative leader to guide complex workforce SaaS implementations and drive customer success across government, education, and industry.

You will own end-to-end implementations, manage executive sponsors, align platform decisions with workforce strategy, and partner with Product and Engineering to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in management consulting, workforce development leadership, government or education technology, or strategic enterprise customer success.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex information clearly to senior executives.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex customer implementations and end-to-end platform deployments.
• Advise executive sponsors and bridge between customers and Product/Engineering teams.
• Drive adoption, renewal, and expansion through strategic account management.
