Job summary

Uline in Kenosha, WI is seeking a Workforce Forecasting Manager to lead the forecasting strategy for North America Customer Service. You will translate data, trends, and business insights into actionable staffing plans that keep our teams ready to deliver legendary customer experiences.

The role partners with service leaders and cross-functional teams to align staffing with demand, develop the WFM Forecasting team, and continuously improve forecasting processes and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years in a workforce management leadership role.
• 3+ years in workforce forecasting and software, including demand planning and trend analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build data-driven workforce forecasts that align with North America demand across Customer Service.
• Lead and develop the WFM Forecasting team, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Customer Service leaders and cross-functional teams to align staffing with demand and trends.
• Monitor forecast performance and refine planning approaches to improve accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to enhance forecasting processes, tools and reporting, presenting recommendations that drive decisions.
