Job summary

Old Harbor Solutions, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, seeks a Work Development Specialist to support Panama City workforce initiatives and government-led training. You will coordinate training events, manage transcripts and IDPs, and monitor mandatory training through Waypoints, TWMS, and the Human Capital Center.

The role emphasizes program coordination, data gathering, and collaboration with program managers and personnel across the Panama City division to meet organizational needs.

Qualifications

• Background in Workforce Development or Human Resources. Government experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Tableau.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to interact effectively across various levels of personnel.
• Experience coordinating training programs and events.
• Ability to obtain and maintain qualifications to access and manage information up to and including the CUI level.

Responsibilities

• Support the PCDU Program Manager, Mentoring Program, Workforce Development Director, and other Panama City personnel.
• Provide guidance on Waypoints, TWMS, and the Human Capital Center website.
• Assist with transcripts, IDPs, and mandatory training monitoring and reporting.
• Schedule and manage PCDU training events in Waypoints, including rosters and wait lists.
• Develop and maintain a No-Show list; monitor attendance and generate reports.
• Support organizational workforce development needs assessments and Government-led training.
