Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide defense and security-related Management and Operations Solutions for Strategic Performance Management Services on behalf of The U.S. Department of the Navy, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD). These services are part of the ProSidian Aerospace, Defense, and Military Sector Group, focusing on Aerospace, Defense, and Military (DME) Sector Group: Services and Solutions that enable agencies to enhance capabilities, drive transformation, operate sustainably, and maintain mission-readiness under NAICS Code: 541611 – Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services for NSWC PHD with service(s) also characterized as Strategic Management Services.
• Designs and facilitates the "Mastering Strategy Bootcamp" and other training sessions, ensuring alignment with IASP standards and performance management skills. Responsible for designing and delivering training programs, including strategic management and performance skills.
• Design and deliver training programs, ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications and Education

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, or related field, 3+ years of experience in training development.

Skills Required

Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Adobe). Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and compliant with criteria. Ethical and professional conduct is required, with milestones/delivery schedules to be met.
