Job summary

Premier Service Company, Inc. seeks a Trade & Development Coordinator to design and manage workforce development initiatives.

The role partners with Directors of Human Resources and Safety, aligning training, licensing, and career pathways with field leadership to strengthen the skilled workforce. You will develop professional development plans, coordinate apprenticeship enrollments, track progress in HRIS, and help create SOPs while supporting organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce development, HR, talent acquisition, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits, class codes, and pay structures within the skilled trades industry.
• Proficiency in using online recruitment tools, social media, and marketing strategies for hiring.
• Experience managing workforce training programs in collaboration with educational institutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer workforce development initiatives to support recruitment, training, retention and advancement.
• Coordinate apprenticeship enrollments, training, license testing and related records in HRIS.
• Track progress with monthly scorecards on training participation, certifications and career advancement.
• Assist in SOP development and initiate compensation requests for pay increases.
• Collaborate with HR, Safety, Operations and senior leadership to identify training needs and budgets.
