Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Business Developer III, Strategic Workforce Development to shape talent strategy for the 33,000+ RME Amazonians. You will connect data-driven insights with human-centered solutions, influencing hiring and development across a global RME network.

You will partner with senior leaders, HR, Operations, and Finance to create executive analytics frameworks and decision-support tools. Thrive in a metrics-driven environment and drive lasting change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of Amazon RME Full Time Exempt experience.
• 5+ years of experience in program management, workforce strategy development, metrics-driven decision making, or related field.
• 5+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience, or Bachelor's degree.
• Experience leading complex, multi-year initiatives that may be cross-functional and/or span business and technology.

Responsibilities

• Define and activate RME's Employee Value Proposition (EVP), leading internal launches to leaders and employees and external campaigns to potential candidates.
• Design recruiting collateral and digital materials highlighting RME's culture, benefits, and career growth.
• Develop and manage targeted social media campaigns to reach key professional demographics.
• Conduct training sessions and provide resources to equip leaders with EVP messaging.
• Establish KPIs to measure recruitment effectiveness and refine strategies based on data.
