Amazon's Reliability & Maintenance Engineering (RME) team is seeking a Business Developer III, Strategic Workforce Development to shape talent identification, development, and retention across a global RME network. You will partner with senior leaders, HR, Operations, and Finance to craft people strategies and build analytics tools to empower leaders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) Full Time Exempt experience.
5+ years of experience in program management, workforce strategy development, metrics-driven decision making, or related field.
5+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience, or Bachelor's degree.
Experience leading complex, multi-year initiatives that may be cross-functional and/or span business and technology.
PMP certificate, or Master's degree in business, data science, public administration, finance, engineering, human resources or related field.
Experience designing, implementing, and scaling upskilling, apprenticeship, or workforce development programs across large-scale operations or corporate environments, including forecasting workforce needs and leveraging analytics to drive program decisions

Responsibilities

Define and activate RME's EVP, leading internal launches to leaders and employees and external campaigns to potential candidates.
Design recruiting collateral and digital materials highlighting RME's culture, benefits, and career growth opportunities.
Develop and manage targeted social media campaigns across relevant platforms to reach key professional demographics.
Conduct training sessions and provide resources to equip leaders with EVP interview communication tools.
Establish KPIs to measure recruitment effectiveness and refine strategies based on data and market trends.
