Job summary

Overland Contracting Inc. seeks a Workforce Development Leader to design, launch, and scale apprenticeship and craft training programs across the region.

You will align OCI projects with workforce needs, partnering with HR, operations, and external partners to build sustainable talent pipelines. In this role you will own IRA compliance, manage learning systems, and measure program outcomes with dashboards and reports, driving continuous improvement while ensuring safety and regulatory alignment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and trades certification required.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in construction/talent programs preferred.
• Experience engaging with government, education institutions, and industry partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce development, apprenticeship, and craft training programs.
• Coordinate with operations, HR, and external partners to align programs with project demand.
• Own IRA compliance strategy and governance across OCI projects.
