Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in workforce development or in social services working with vulnerable populations; experience in the commercial driving industry preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with a wide range of constituents.
• Ability to stay organized while working with multiple stakeholders (clients, partners, etc.).
• Strong project management experience, with ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deliverables and deadlines.
• Ability to take initiative and move projects forward in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
• Excels working in a collaborative environment to achieve target objectives and outcomes.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint and the G-Sulte platforms.
• Strong time management and partnership management skills.
• High level of emotional intelligence and ability to thoughtfully and accurately assess and respond to individual needs.

• Displays a superior level of professionalism, including attire, appearance, and demeanor
