Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is seeking a highly analytical Workforce Analyst to join our Workforce Management team in Oklahoma City. You will turn workforce data into actionable insights, partnering with HR, Operations, IT and Finance to optimize planning and employee experience.

Responsibilities include building dashboards, modeling attrition and productivity, and automating reporting processes. A Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years in workforce analytics with UKG Pro experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–3 years in workforce analytics or HR data analytics.
• Hands-on UKG Pro experience (dataviews, extraction, reporting).
• Proficient in Power BI for dashboards and reports.
• Strong SQL skills; experience with Snowflake or similar cloud platforms.
• Excellent communication for presenting insights to non-technical audiences.
• Understanding of HR metrics, workforce planning, and talent management data.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports for HR, Ops, and executives.
• Design data models to support scalable analytics solutions.
• Use engineered labor standards for informed decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and models for attrition, hiring, productivity.
• Automate data pipelines and reporting for efficiency and accuracy.
• Translate data findings into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance.
