Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company seeks a strategic leader to head Workforce Analytics consulting, turning workforce data into actionable insights that improve talent acquisition, retention, development, mobility, and organizational effectiveness.

You will supervise analysts, drive predictive analytics, and build trusted advisory relationships with senior leaders while guiding prioritization across business units. Strong HR analytics, metrics, and stakeholder management are required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; 5+ years of data analysis and insights experience.
  • Over 3 years leading medium to large projects; 2+ years survey design/HRIS/ERP exposure.
  • Strong quantitative, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, plus advanced Excel and data visualization capability.

Responsibilities

  • Leads Workforce Analytics consulting for assigned business units and advises HR and leadership.
  • Develops predictive/diagnostic analytics capabilities; identifies trends and risks.
  • Supervises Analysts, reviews deliverables, and coaches on statistical methods and storytelling.
