Job summary

Sherwin-Williams seeks a senior leader to drive Workforce Analytics across the enterprise. The role advises HR and business leaders, translating data into insights to improve talent acquisition, retention, development, mobility, and organizational effectiveness.

The position leads analytics methodologies, consulting standards, and analyst development while supporting complex business unit needs, reporting to Sherwin-Williams Global Headquarters in Cleveland, OH.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IE-psychology, analytics, data science or HR with strong quantitative skills.
• 5+ years of experience providing data analysis and insights.
• 3+ years of experience managing medium to large scale projects.
• 2+ years with survey design and methodologies.
• 2+ years supporting HRIS/ERP systems.
• Advanced knowledge of HR metrics, policies, and procedures.
• Experience supervising interns or peers.
• Strong Excel and data manipulation skills.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
• Experience with HRIS/EAP systems (Oracle HR Cloud, Workday, SAP, ServiceNow).
• Experience with data warehousing and ETL tools (Snowflake, AWS, Azure).
• Ability to manage multiple efforts in fast-paced environment.
• Experience communicating with Senior Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workforce Analytics consulting for enterprise and senior leaders.
• Identify workforce challenges and opportunities with HR and business leaders.
• Develop predictive and diagnostic analytics capabilities and best practices.
• Supervise and coach Workforce Analytics Consultants.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with senior leaders and deliver executive insights.
• Prioritize analytics projects and allocate resources across units.
