Responsibilities

• Perform workforce studies and identify trends and opportunities for organizational improvement.
• Gather, analyze, and present workforce data to support decision-making by leadership.
• Develop short- and long-range workforce strategy initiatives and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to identify workforce issues and align recommendations with mission objectives.
• Prepare executive-level reports and briefings communicating analytical findings.
