Job summary

Coho Consulting Group seeks an experienced Strategic Workforce & Management Analyst to support workforce modernization and strategic planning at Mark Center in Alexandria, VA. You will facilitate cross-functional groups, craft executive communications, and translate personnel data into clear strategic insights for decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Management, Public Policy, Human Resources, or related field.
• Six to eight years of experience in management consulting, project management, strategic communications, workforce planning, or related field.
• At least three years of experience directly supporting Federal Government clients.
• Exceptional facilitation and public speaking skills for high-stakes meetings.
• Ability to translate complex workforce data into executive-level narratives.
• Strong diplomatic and consultative skills to influence senior leaders.
• Experience interpreting workforce data using BI tools.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Federal hiring manager and executive leadership working groups.
• Develop charters, agendas, action plans, and documentation.
• Capture decisions, track actions, and ensure follow-up accountability.
• Translate workforce data into concise executive insights.
• Create executive-level visuals: dashboards, matrices, timelines, workforce maps.
• Support multi-year Strategic Workforce Plans aligned with OPM frameworks.
• Draft briefs, white papers, talking points, and presentations.
