Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Behavioral Science, or a closely related field.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active Secret Security Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and strategic human capital management.
• Conduct workforce planning analyses, organizational assessments, trend analyses, and workforce forecasting.
• Research and apply best practices in organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and talent management.
• Develop reports, executive briefings, white papers, SOPs, job aids, process documentation, and technical recommendations.
• Support Human Capital Management programs (Strategic Workforce Planning, Organizational Design, Performance Management, Recruitment and Retention, Onboarding, Career Development, Recognition, Policy Development, Pay Pool).
• Assist with organizational change initiatives by developing communications and transition plans.
