Armanino Advisory LLC is seeking an experienced Workday Consultant to join our team in Chicago, IL. You will implement Workday Financials solutions, work directly with clients, and provide expertise across deployments.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years as a Workday consultant, strong client-facing skills, and knowledge of security, data conversion, and integrations. This role offers opportunities to lead projects and contribute to the Workday Financials Practice growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as a Workday consultant with 2+ full lifecycle lead roles.
• Proficient in Workday Financials configuration across deployment phases.
• Experience with data conversion, integrations, and reporting.
• Client-facing consulting background and strong analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Workday security and roles.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate into Workday solutions.
• Configure and deploy Workday functionality and modules.
• Lead workshops to gather requirements and define system design.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis to identify personalization areas and develop solutions.
• Advise on best practices for Workday implementation and optimization.
• Design and build Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Support data conversion teams in migrating legacy data.
• Assist with mapping and testing integrations with other systems.
• Support testing strategies and create test scripts.
• Provide end-user training and assist with change management.
• Troubleshoot issues during implementation and post-implementation phases.
• Stay updated on latest Workday releases and share knowledge.
