Job summary

Armanino is seeking a Workday Payroll Consulting Manager to lead complex Workday Payroll implementations and guide delivery teams end-to-end. The role includes mentoring junior consultants and driving delivery excellence across engagements.

You will engage in pre-sales, workshops, and client guidance to position Armanino as a long-term advisory partner, with post-go-live support for Managed Services offerings.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workday Payroll implementations with US Payroll, Time Tracking, Scheduling, or Absence.
• Guide cross-functional delivery teams through configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Define scope, manage risks, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Translate Workday functionality into clear business outcomes for clients.
• Mentor and develop consultants to grow into project leaders.
