Qualifications

Workday Record to Report Certification
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Workday consultant with 2+ full lifecycle projects as Lead/Co-lead
Workday Financials configuration proficiency with Initial/Phase X/AMS deployments
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams for data conversion, integrations, reporting
Consulting background or client-facing role
Knowledge of Workday security and permissions

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate into Workday solutions
Configure and deploy Workday functionality and modules
Lead workshops to gather requirements, map processes, and define system design
Advise on best practices for Workday implementation and system optimization
Design Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics to meet client needs
Support data conversion and integration testing with other systems
