Job summary

Armanino LLP is seeking an experienced Workday Payroll Senior Consultant to join our team in delivering leadership in Workday HCM services. You will implement Workday solutions, work directly with clients, and provide expertise in core modules such as Absence and Time Tracking, driving multi-project delivery with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Workday consulting across 3–5+ full lifecycle Implementations.
• Proven expertise in Absence and Time Tracking across multiple deployments.
• Experience working with HR, IT, and Finance to deliver 5+ integrated solutions.
• Workday certifications in Absence and Time Tracking.
• Experience managing 3–5 concurrent client engagements in a consulting environment.
• Strong analytical skills with experience solving complex business challenges across 5+ implementations.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable Workday solutions.
• Independently execute implementation of Workday modules (Absence, Time Tracking) from Planning to Deployment and Post Go Live.
• Lead client workshops to gather requirements and design business processes.
• Drive quality and workstream success under HCM Delivery Lead.
• Mentor junior team members within the HCM team.
• Proactively support leadership and contribute to internal initiatives.
