Job summary

Kelly is seeking a Work Order Management Specialist to support Johnson & Johnson in Raritan, NJ. The role focuses on maintaining the health of the maintenance work management process, ensuring uptime and optimal slot usage in a 24/7, regulated manufacturing environment.

You will own planning, scheduling, and documentation for work orders, lead scheduling forums, and ensure GMP-compliant release readiness for assets during CMMS transitions from Maximo to SAP S4HANA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a technical discipline preferred.
• Direct regulated manufacturing experience with GMPs.
• Minimum 7 years in CMMS operations, work order management, or maintenance planning/scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Own the weekly work management cycle end-to-end: backlog review, planning, scheduling, execution, and review.
• Run scheduling forums with maintenance leadership to drive committed schedules.
• Develop executable job plans with scope, sequence, hours, tools, parts, and GMP documentation.
• Define work order lifecycle standards: intake, priority, planning gates, scheduling, closeout.
