Qualifications

• BS/BA in engineering or technology-related field is preferred.
• 5–8 years of related experience in heavy industrial maintenance or engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage SAP work order backlog using standard status codes.
• Plan maintenance jobs with details for scheduling and execution (procedures, labor, time, parts, tools, access, permitting).
• Collaborate with maintenance supervisors to prioritize planning workflow.
• Incorporate feedback to improve job plans and planning procedures.
• Build and maintain database of job plans.
• Provide daily communications with plant personnel.
• Provide labor and cost estimates.
• Establish priorities with operations maintenance coordinator.
