Job summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks an Operations Support Manager to oversee Warehouse & Shipping, Maintenance & Calibration, and Spare Parts management in Jacksonville, FL. You will lead daily operations, drive preventive maintenance, and ensure traceable documentation in a GMP/ISO environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating with logistics vendors, managing spare-parts stock, and enforcing safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management or related field.
5+ years of progressive experience in operations, warehouse management, and maintenance/calibration with leadership experience.
Hands-on experience with CMMS, WMS, and ERP systems.
Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, calibration practices, spare-parts management, and vendor management.
Familiarity with GMP/ISO regulatory frameworks is a plus.
Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee Warehouse & Shipping operations to meet delivery targets and quality standards.
Lead maintenance and calibration programs for production equipment and facilities.
Manage spare-parts inventory, reorder points, and lead times.
Coordinate with service vendors, calibration labs, and 3PL partners; monitor performance.
Develop SOPs and drive continuous improvement to reduce costs and improve service levels.
