Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Operations Support Manager in Jacksonville, FL to lead day-to-day Warehouse & Shipping, Maintenance & Calibration, and Spare Parts programs. You will drive preventive maintenance, calibrations, inventory control, and cost-efficient operations.

In this role you will build strong teams, enforce safety and quality standards, collaborate with vendors, and report performance metrics to leadership, while upholding regulatory compliance and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years of operations, warehouse, and maintenance/calibration experience with leadership.
• Hands-on with CMMS, WMS, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse and shipping operations to meet delivery targets.
• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance and calibration programs.
• Manage spare-parts inventory, reorder points, and lead times.
• Drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Produce regular operations performance reports for leadership.
