Job summary

Arrow's Edge is seeking a senior engineering leader to oversee FSEU SME activities, directing a team of engineers and technicians in maintenance, reliability, and safety programs for facility systems. You will drive compliance with OSHA/EPA/DOT/NASA rules, manage budgets, mentor staff, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure reliability, performance, and on-time project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and 12 years facilities/utilities maintenance experience.
• MS degree in engineering with 10 years related experience.
• Progressive management experience; ability to lead a group of engineers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management direction for a group of senior engineers and technicians.
• Lead troubleshooting, failure analysis, and corrective actions for failures and incidents.
• Promote Reliability Centered Maintenance and predictive testing/inspection technologies.
