Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and three years of experience in workforce development, career services, employer relations, job placement or related work-based learning programs.
• Experience coordinating programs in educational, workforce or community settings.
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate work-based learning programs including internships, apprenticeships and job shadowing.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with employers, workforce agencies, and community organizations.
• Collaborate with faculty and divisions to align programs with academic and career readiness goals.
• Oversee grant-funded initiatives, including compliance and program operations.
• Represent the College in regional workforce development initiatives and employer engagement.
