Qualifications

• Minimum of two years as a squadron aircrew scheduler.
• Two years with Patriot Excalibur (PEX) or similar aircrew scheduling system.
• Experience in a U.S. DoD flying squadron, group, or wing environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and familiarity with military IT networks.
• Excellent written and oral communication for executive briefings and multi-agency coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-range scheduling systems prioritizing aerial refueling tankers and ACE operations.
• Align operational unit long-term mission planning with DoD strategic goals and tenant partners.
• Analyze historical mission data to optimize resources and generate decision-making analytics for Operations Group leadership.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer on long-range scheduling software and capabilities.
