Job summary

The Rockhill Group, Inc. is seeking a Wing Scheduler to join the team at Dyess AFB, TX. You will develop long-range scheduling systems prioritizing refueling aircraft and ACE operations, aligning planning with DoD goals and tenant partners.

You will analyze historical data to optimize resources and generate decision analytics for leadership, and provide training on scheduling software to Operations Group personnel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as squadron aircrew scheduler.
• Minimum 2 years with Patriot Excalibur (PEX) or similar scheduling system.
• Experience in a DoD flying squadron, group, or wing environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Access, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Excellent written and oral communication for briefings and status reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-range scheduling systems prioritizing aerial refueling tankers and ACE operations.
• Align long-term mission planning with AFGSC goals and tenant partners (AFRC, ANG).
• Analyze historical mission data to optimize resources and produce decision analytics for leadership.
• Provide training on long-range scheduling software and capabilities to group personnel.
